TriangleCubed is an AI-native venture studio and advisory practice. Agents create leverage by doing much of the building, so people can put their time into judgment, creativity, and their own growth, and evidence decides what moves forward. Human flourishing, inside and beyond the company, is our north star: the value our work creates is meant to flow back to the people who build it and the people whose data helps power it.
Consulting & advisory
We find and define problems worth solving, then draw on a network of specialists with deep expertise to tackle them.
Our work brings research, experience design, and practical AI economics together to help teams build useful products and find their market.
Whether the client is a startup, a mission-driven organization, or a public institution, we aim to leave the team more capable: the methods, tools, and judgment stay with them, and so does control of their data and AI stack.

Prototype and refine what it feels like to use a product, balancing features, quality, reliability, and speed with the cost of inference.
Clear positioning, storytelling, and distribution help responsibly made products cut through the noise and reach the people they serve.
From the lab
We give promising experiments a path into useful products and, where it makes sense, businesses of their own.

Internal contribution accounting
Our system for tracing the ideas, work, open-source building blocks, and data behind a product, so decisions about credit and shared economics start from a record rather than from memory.
In development
A personal work companion where getting the work done is the baseline, and the growth of the person doing it is the point.
Private prototype
We’re exploring ways to connect software claims to inspectable evidence while keeping source code private.
The operating loop
AI makes it cheap to make more things. That makes judgment, boundaries, and the courage to stop just as important as speed.
Start with real friction in our own work as builders on the frontier, and with demand that open-source software could meet.
Build it for ourselves first. Cubes become one another’s design partners until the product earns daily use.
Bring in outside customers and let evidence, not enthusiasm, show that a real business exists.
Recognize the people, projects, and data that made it possible. Spin out what has earned a company of its own as a standalone, fundable business; stop what hasn’t.
TriangleCubed began as an almost entirely automated software and venture factory. We experimented with new kinds of memory systems, long-running multi-agent orchestration, and ways to capture a founder’s taste and creative judgment.
It worked a little too well. Before long, the factory barely needed us; most days, we were the ones slowing it down.
That raised a harder question. If companies can be built with almost no one, who should benefit? And what happens to the people whose work and data taught the machines? A factory like that tends to keep the gain with its owners and leave the cost with the people whose work and data trained it.
So we turned it around. Same technology, bigger ambition, a different answer to who it serves. People lead, agents create leverage, and the value is designed to flow back to the builders, data contributors, and communities who make it possible. When agents carry more of the load, the goal isn’t a generous check and an empty calendar. It’s people doing the work they’re best suited for, growing in it, and turning the time it frees toward problems close to home.
We don’t claim TriangleCubed is the answer. It is an answer.
The conversation about AI is crowded with questions, worry, and a sense that the current path is inevitable. We would rather build a working alternative that puts the full power of this technology to use, and let the evidence speak.
Value rarely begins and ends inside one company. Ideas, actions, research, maintenance, open-source work, and the human expertise behind data can all make a product possible. We work to trace that provenance and explore fair ways for the people and communities behind it to share in the value they help create.
We design work around skill development, room to exercise judgment, and ways people and AI complement one another. We want AI to make work more human, not less: meaningful work is part of a good life, so we help people find and develop their strengths and put them where they do the most good, alongside others.
AI learns from people’s work. When that data trains systems that change or replace parts of a job, the people who contributed it should share in what those systems earn. We are designing a data collective so that a contribution can become a lasting, passive asset for the people who made it, including the people whose work it may displace.
Local communities should be able to design, build, and own their own intelligence, and the value created each time people use it should flow back into those same communities rather than out to a distant platform.
We run like any serious startup: a small team, real customers, disciplined costs, and evidence over enthusiasm. The difference is where the upside goes. Most companies send it to their founders and shareholders; we are designing ours to return much more of it to the builders, data contributors, and partners who help create it.
What we keep, we reinvest: in new ventures, in opportunities for the people helping useful products reach their market, and in giving people the time and tools to solve problems in the communities they belong to, so that each success compounds into shared prosperity.
